The position

If accounting is one of your areas of interest, we can offer you a paid internship within our Accounts Payable team in a highly international environment. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Source-to-Pay processes for the EMEA region and actively contribute to daily operations.

The start time of our 6 months long paid internship program, as well as the working hours, can be flexibly adjusted to your availability. We are meeting on-site in our office in Wrocław at least 3 days a week.

Tasks & Responsibilities

As an Accounts Payable Intern, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the Accounts Payable team in processing invoices and other financial documents for EMEA countries.
• Assisting with daily AP activities, including open items analysis and account reconciliation support.
• Collecting, analyzing, and preparing data for ad hoc reports.
• Creating and improving Excel-based tools to support daily operations and enhance process efficiency.

About our future intern

You should have good communication skills in English (min. B2.) and knowledge of German is an advantage.

Additionally, we are looking for:

• Current student or graduate in economics, administration, accounting, or finance.
• Proactive approach with strong time-management and prioritization skills.
• High attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and strong sense of reliability and confidentiality.
• Strong team spirit, empathy, and service-oriented attitude.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (advanced Excel skills are a plus).
