🛠️ What will you do?
The role offers practical exposure to General Ledger (R2R) activities within an international Shared Service Center environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing supporting files for accruals, provisions and adjustments (SAP extractions, data checks, analysis according to steps described in operating procedures)
Support journal entry preparation (templates, data check) including journal entry upload in Blackline
Support account reconciliation (SAP extractions, analysis of open items, collection of supporting documentation, upload in Blackline tool)
Assist in analysis and investigation of different discrepancies or issues encountered during month-end closing (verifications in SAP and other tools, follow-up with responsible teams, etc.)
Support preparation of monthly reports and analysis files
Contribute to internal documentation / procedures updates
Contribute to process improvement initiatives (Excel automation, simplification)

🎯 The profile we are looking for:
Student in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
Good knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Interest in accounting, financial processes, and systems.
Good communication skills and ability to work in an international environment.
Good level English and / or French.
