At Alstom, we build what millions of people depend on every day: rail transportation systems that cannot afford to fail. We are more than 85,000 colleagues worldwide, creating the industry's broadest portfolio of high-speed trains, metros, trams, maintenance services, and integrated systems.
We are looking for a passionate intern eager to contribute to the development of next-generation metro automation systems through Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE).
You will join teams involved in the modernization of urban transportation systems and contribute to the development of an embedded Automatic Train Operation (ATO) solution for metro applications. Working alongside experienced engineers, you will help model, analyze, and validate system behaviors that support safer, more efficient, and more reliable railway operations.
You'll work with skilled and committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration between system engineering, automation technologies, and operational needs.
An interest in railway systems, automation, control systems, or embedded software development would be a strong asset.
Duration: 6 months
Star date : February 2027
You do not need to be passionate about the railway industry to thrive with us. We guarantee that, when you travel on one of our trains with your family or friends, you will be proud to have contributed to it.
