岗位职责:
1.根据操作要求和标准操作流程，完成CW1 TB 任务；
2.根据操作要求打印、扫描、上传到CW1 并整理归档；
3.查询船期并更新在tracking report中，必要时发送客户；
4.打印系统arrival notice；
5.录入保险单，并归档保险单
6.负责点击AUTO COST；
7.根据操作要求发送账单给客人；
8.根据客人确认的账单开具税务发票；
9.进口换单文件打印、整理、并换单给客户或者代理，并使用ESP上传换单时间；
10.其他；
岗位要求：
1.大专以上学历，物流或国际贸易相关专业者优先；
2.英语四级以上；
3.熟练使用计算机软件系统；
4.具有良好的沟通能力；
5.工作细心、认真负责。
工作地点：北京市顺义区安祥大街12号环普国际科创园4号楼401
