Roles & Responsibilities

Join our 🌟 vibrant Deals & Strategy team, where you'll provide cutting-edge valuation advice across various industries.

You'll be diving into the fast-paced world of corporate finance as an intern in our M&A department. You will support deal origination activities through target screening, market research, business valuations and preparation of pitch and other marketing materials, leveraging our deep industry expertise and innovative benchmarking tools. Beyond origination, you’ll get hands-on exposure to live transactions, working alongside the team throughout the deal process and gaining first-hand insight into how deals are sourced, assessed and executed.

Collaboration is key! 🤝 You'll work closely with our team, as well as our other teams within the Deals & Strategy department, and partner with experts in tax, legal, and strategy.

Skills & Qualifications

You will soon hold a Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance or equivalent.

While academic qualifications are important, there are several other main competences we highly value, including:
