About APSAC
The Asia Pacific Sustainable Aviation Centre (APSAC) is a regional centre dedicated to advancing sustainable aviation across the Asia Pacific. Wholly owned by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, APSAC works with governments, airlines, energy companies, financial institutions, and academia to drive aviation decarbonisation through policy research, cross-sector collaboration, and capacity building.
As a small and nimble team, APSAC offers interns opportunities and direct exposure to industry developments shaping the future of aviation sustainability.
The Role
We are looking for a motivated and resourceful intern to support APSAC's communications and partnerships work. You will work closely with the Senior Manager, Partnerships & Capacity Building, with hands-on contribution to shaping APSAC communications with its stakeholders and the wider public. You will also support other areas of work or projects where appropriate.
[What you will be working on]
Content & Communications
Support management of APSAC's LinkedIn account — working with the Senior Manager and appointed social media agency to develop content and support regular posting frequency, and drafting ad-hoc posts as needed
Draft articles for APSAC's website covering APSAC's activities (capacity building programmes, country engagements, forums) and introductory pieces on sustainable aviation topics
Marketing & Creative
Develop marketing and promotional materials for APSAC's Global Aviation Sustainability (GAS) course, including short video recaps of the next course in August and electronic direct mailers
Events & Operations
Support planning and coordination of the industry networking session during the August GAS course
Oversee sourcing of APSAC-branded gifts and liaise with vendors
Provide broad support on other tasks as needed

[What we are looking for]
We welcome applications from polytechnic students and undergraduates across all fields of study. A background or interest in communications or design is an advantage.
You should apply if you:
Are proactive and take ownership of tasks without needing constant supervision
Have strong written communication skills in English
Are curious about aviation and sustainability topics
Are comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team where your contributions will be visible
Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools and basic video editing ability, as well as social media publishing is a plus
Internship Details
Duration: 3–6 months (full-time or part-time)
Start date: Immediate / as soon as available
Location: Singapore
