A BOI promoted Thai-Japan-German JV in major manufacture of automotive part with Worldwide export. Our located in Amata City, Rayong Province (40 min from Pattaya, 90 mins from Bangkok), is a growing plant with about 1,000 employees. Currently products for the divisions Chassis Control, Powertrain Solutions, Diesel Systems and Electrical Drives are produced there. Also pass-through business is handled for several divisions.

PQT is responsible to improve the supplier in term of quality, technology and delivery basis. The student will be working on an assigned task with clear target and timeline.

1) particiate in the discussion with the supplier together with Bosch PQT to get the information and align on different project requirement. The successful criteria will be defined and OPL (Open Points List) will be released.

2) Go to supplier to follow up and monitor the supplier performance as listed in OPL for each project.

3) summarise the overall project situations on a weekly or bi-weekly basis and share to the concern team members. Define the improvement point with the team members and update OPL.

4) escalate to the supervisor and area owner when the target is potentially delayed or cannot be met.

Qualifications

Candidates can be from either or both technical and management backgrounds.

1) must be able to communicate in Thai and English (speak, read and write) due to the student will need to contact with multimational company, MNC.

2) organised and goal oriented since the student will be working on pre-assign task via OPL with limitted timeline.

3) adapt well in different working evironment.

4) computer skills: microsoft office package

5) independent, required minimum supervision.

6) Minimum 4 months of internship period (starting from February 2026)

Working conditions

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 am. – 5:30 pm.

• Monthly allowance

• Vacation eligibility: 1 day / month
