Internship Overview

The successful candidate will undertake a 12 week internship program in Manila Operations with dedicated mentorship and support. During this time, you will participate in either one of the functional teams within Operations or be rotated across the functions. You will learn on the job and work closely with senior leadership, actively participate in meetings, and contribute to meaningful projects. You will gain on-the-ground insights into front-office and back-office workflow processes and experience the dynamic working environment within the dealing room.

• Reconciliations & Management Information

• Trade Management

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Final year students or penultimate year undergraduates working towards a degree in Economics, Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or relevant business degree.

• Be available to work full time and onsite at our BGC, Manila office during the duration of the internship.

Technical Skills:

• Proficient in MS Word/ PowerPoint and Excel (macro/ VBA is a bonus).

Open & Communicative:

• An exceptional communicator with excellent written and verbal skills.

• A positive attitude and enjoy challenges.

• A good team player.

• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
