1.Assist in coordinating end‑to‑end hackathon activities, including registration, scheduling, briefing materials, and participant coordination
2.Support preparation of hackathon materials such as:
a.Participant kits
b.FAQs
c.Evaluation templates
d.Agenda / run‑of‑show documents
3. Help track deliverables, milestones, and follow‑ups for hackathon and related innovation initiatives
4. Communications & Engagement
a. Support internal communications via Teams channels and email (e.g. announcements, reminders, updates) [Job Description | PowerPoint]
b. Assist in preparing promotional materials such as simple posters, slides, or teasers (content coordination, not design ownership)
c. Help coordinate logistics for showcases, demo days, or related innovation events
5. PMO & Documentation Support
a. Maintain basic trackers such as: Task lists, Issue / risk logs (under guidance), Attendance and participation records
b. Assist in preparing simple status updates or summaries for weekly / fortnightly check‑ins
c. Support documentation for governance, approvals, and post‑event reporting
6. Stakeholder & Partner Coordination
a. Support coordination with internal teams, mentors, judges, and partners (meeting invites, materials distribution, follow‑ups)
b. Ensure documents and communications follow internal governance and AI program guidelines"
