Job Description

The Trading Digital Service Management team is going to embark on new projects that will consist of work revolving designing and creation of new IT Support Model, strengthening current ITIL (ITSM) practices such as Incident and Request management, Service Level Management, Service Cataloging, Change Management and Problem management. We are looking for candidates with ITIL background who can help us in coming up with documentations, processes, ideas and help us execute some process improvement initiatives. Having background in excel data analysis and familiar in AI tools would be an added advantage.

  • Design and develop cutting-edge IT support models, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strengthen ITIL practices, focusing on Incident, Request, and Change Management, and Service Level Management.
  • Create comprehensive documentation for IT processes, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
  • Assist in implementing process improvement initiatives, driving innovation and optimization.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify areas for enhancement and propose creative solutions.
  • Develop and maintain an extensive service catalog, ensuring a comprehensive range of IT services.
  • Provide exceptional IT support, ensuring high customer satisfaction and a seamless user experience.
  • Stay abreast of the latest ITIL best practices and industry trends, adapting our strategies accordingly.
  • Work collaboratively with the team, ensuring smooth project execution and timely delivery.
  • Provide regular updates and reports, showcasing your contributions and achievements.
  • A solid foundation in ITIL practices, with a passion for process improvement and a fresh perspective.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, fostering a positive team environment.
  • Proficiency in IT documentation, with a meticulous attention to detail.

  • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a relevant IT or Computer Science program.
