Responsibilities:

• Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination of interviews.
• Collaborate with the HR team to identify and implement effective sourcing strategies.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and facilitating orientation sessions.
• Assist in the development and improvement of onboarding materials and processes.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
• Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and databases.
• Handle inquiries from employees regarding HR-related matters.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives by participating in the creation of engaging content for social media platforms.
• Assist in organising and promoting company events, both internally and externally.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field OR recent graduate.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of HRIS.
• Detail-oriented, with excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
