  With in-depth understanding of PHP, Twig, HTML/CSS, Javascript, Jquery, bedrock

You will support our Management team. Your role will involve reconciling accounts, organizing reports, and handling various administrative tasks to ensure our business runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

    Record financial transactions accurately in Xero.
  • 
    Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
  • 
    Categorize expenses and income for easy tracking and reporting.
• • 
    Organize reports for management review.
  • 
    Coordinate and manage schedules and appointments for team members.
  • 
    Send out reminders and updates regarding important dates.
  • 
    Handle other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 
  Bachelor’s degree in Business Admin, Management, or related fields.
• 
  Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• 
  Proficiency in basic accounting and office software (e.g., Xero, Google Sheets, MS Office).
• 
  Excellent time management and communication skills.

• 
  Enthusiasm for AI development and a keen interest in learning and growing in this field.
• 
  Knowledgeable in Python programming language and familiarity with LLM, AWS, OpenAI, and Postgresql.
• 
  Understanding of Object-Oriented Design principles and their application in software development.
• 
  Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• 
  Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• 
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to exploring new technologies and initiating innovative projects.
