Job Description

Job Purpose: The intern will assist the Aviation Excellence team in driving standardization and compliance of technical specifications, best practices, contractor obligations, and readiness of aviation resources. The intern will focus on supporting the execution of technical assurance and compliance review for aviation and other related services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technology & Innovation: Assist in providing technical advisory for new ideas on Logistic technology and innovation by keeping abreast with emerging behaviors and latest technology in the industry.
  2. Logistics Advisory & Support: Support in the implementation of recommended technical expertise and best practices on logistics management.
  3. Advisory and Operational Efficiency: Assist in matters related to Logistic operations by serving as a support to the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for other functions i.e. Data gathering and Power BI analysis.
  4. Contract and Dispute Management: Support in managing aviation and its associated services by integrating all logistics operations requirement for procurement exercise.
  5. Contract Compliance: Assist in monitoring the aviation and its associated services contractual performance.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Logistics Management, Aviation Transportation/Aviation Technology discipline or equivalent.
  • Interest in understanding Oil, Gas or Petrochemical commercial, financial and operational issues.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to comprehend, internalize and identify linkages from a wide range of information.
  • Possess drive and determination in delivering results, resilience and is a self-starter.
  • Ability to adapt well to new challenges, changing requirements and environments.
  • Gives and gains cooperation to achieve team objectives.
