Internet Sales Specialist – South 20 Chrysler Dodge

Permanent – Full Time

South 20 Chrysler Dodge is looking for an Internet Specialist to join our energetic and customer-focused dealership team.

As a trusted dealership serving Humboldt and the surrounding communities, South 20 Chrysler Dodge is committed to creating a straightforward, welcoming automotive experience backed by strong customer service, a great selection of vehicles, and a team that works together to win.

In this role, you’ll be one of the first points of contact for customers shopping online. You’ll respond to inquiries, build relationships, understand what each customer is looking for, and help move them from online interest to an in-store appointment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Respond to internet leads quickly and professionally
• Connect with prospective customers through
• phone, email, text, and online channels
• Build relationships with customers and learn more about their vehicle needs
• Provide accurate information about available vehicles, promotions, and dealership offerings
• Generate and follow up on sales leads and opportunities
• Schedule and coordinate showroom appointments with qualified customers
• Maintain consistent follow-up to keep customers engaged throughout their buying journey
• Update customer information and activity accurately within the CRM
• Work closely with the sales team to help convert online inquiries into appointments and vehicle sales
• Deliver a friendly, professional customer experience from the first interaction onward
