At Capital Automotive Group, we’re hiring Sales Representatives (BDC Specialists)to handle inbound customer inquiries and turn them into booked appointments and sales opportunities.

If you enjoy talking to people, want to earn more based on performance, and are looking for a real career path — this is a great place to start.

Compensation:
$42,000–$75,000+ per year (base salary + bonuses)
Top performers earn more

What you’ll be doing:

  • Respond to inbound leads (internet, phone, text)

  • Book appointments for the sales team

  • Follow up with customers and keep them engaged

  • Provide basic vehicle information and answer questions

  • Use CRM systems to track conversations and opportunities

  • Calling customers regarding in store sales/promotions

A typical day:

  • Answer new online inquiries

  • Call customers who requested info

  • Book test drives and appointments

  • Work with the sales team to convert leads into sales
