Internet Sales Representative

Annual Estimated Earnings Range: $45,500 - $154,000.

Lexus of Sacramento is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Internet Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. If you enjoy connecting with customers, building relationships, and helping people find the perfect vehicle, this is an exciting opportunity to grow your career with one of the nation's largest automotive retailers.

As an Internet Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers shopping online, providing exceptional service while guiding them through every step of the buying process.

What You'll Do

  • Respond promptly to internet, phone, text, and email inquiries.
  • Build rapport with prospective customers and identify their vehicle needs.
  • Schedule showroom appointments and coordinate test drives.
  • Follow up with leads using CRM tools to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Provide accurate information on vehicle inventory, pricing, financing, and promotions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial inquiry through vehicle delivery.
  • Meet or exceed monthly appointment and sales goals.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.

What You’ll Bring

  • Previous automotive sales, internet sales, BDC, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable working with CRM software and multiple communication platforms.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commission off Individual Payable Gross, and Bonuses based on Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability.

Actual pay offered will be based on skills, qualifications, experience, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
