Summary:
The Automotive Internet Sales Manager at D'Ella Buick GMC Cadillac in Queensbury, New York is a full-time individual contributor role in the auto industry. This role is responsible for managing and growing a dealership's online sales operations, bridging the gap between digital customers and in-person sales. The role blends sales expertise with digital marketing and customer service skills to convert online leads into visits and closed sales.

Responsibilities:
- Handle questions via email, phone, live chat, and social media promptly and professionally.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and programs to increase dealership revenue.
- Assign and track leads, coordinate with the sales team, and coach staff on follow up.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement and make necessary adjustments.
- Oversee the negotiation and closing of sales deals.
- Assist with creating quotes, checking credit history, and guiding customers with buying process.
- Conduct virtual vehicle presentations, maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitors' activities.
QualificationsRequirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in automotive internet sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management role. preferred
- Experience with CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, and analytical tools.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Knowledge of dealership operations, sales processes, and finance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and deadlines efficiently
