You are the "Face of the Dealership" for every digital inquiry. You own the customer journey from the first click to the moment they swing a leg over a bike.
The Lead Specialist: Respond to internet inquiries and phone calls with lightning speed, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm.
The Ultimate Host: This isn't just a desk job. When your appointments arrive, you’ll be there to welcome them, introduce them to the team, and ensure they feel like part of the family from the moment they walk in.
The Appointment Master: Your primary goal is to turn "just looking" into a scheduled showroom visit.
The Follow-Up Machine: You’ll use text, email, and video to stay top-of-mind with customers, providing a premium, "white-glove" follow-up experience.
CRM Wizardry: Maintain a flawless database to ensure every rider—no matter who they are—gets the attention they deserve.
Qualifications
The Personality: You have contagious energy. You are outgoing, professional, and can build a connection with anyone who walks through our doors.
Experience: 1+ years in a dealership, retail, or hospitality environment. If you’ve worked in high-end automotive or powersports, we want to talk to you.
Communication Mastery: You write sharp, professional emails and possess the "gift of gab" on the phone.
The Hustle: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and aren't afraid of making 80-120 touches a day You love the chase!
