At PwC, our people in deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals.

Those in corporate finance at PwC will provide strategic financial advice and solutions to help clients navigate complex business transactions and optimise their capital structure. You will analyse financial data, conduct due diligence, and assist in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation of financial models and valuation analyses.
• Support the team in conducting market research and industry analysis.
• Participate in the preparation of pitch books and client presentations.
• Collaborate with team members on various projects, providing administrative and logistical support as needed.
• Attend meetings and take notes to capture key discussion points and action items.
• Assist in gathering and analyzing financial and operational data from a variety of sources.
• Contribute to the preparation of reports and documents for internal and client use.
• Engage in learning opportunities and seek feedback to enhance professional growth.

Mandatory Skill Sets:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Years of Experience Required:
• No prior experience required; however, previous internship or work experience in a related field is a plus.

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
