Job Description

CarOnSale is a start-up located in the heart of Berlin. As a tech company, our mission is to enable seamless digital processes in the automotive trade across Europe. Join us and help develop new, innovative solutions for the B2B sector.

Duration: Minimum 3 months
The intern will be the first person to actively build our presence in the chosen market.

  • Focus is on direct sales: identifying, approaching, and acquiring customers and translating this into a Go-to-market strategy
  • Additional tasks: market research, localization of marketing/sales materials, lead sourcing, customer interviews.
  • Owning internationalization project with top-management attention

Goal: Lay the groundwork for effective market entry and prepare for future marketing and sales activities in the target country.

Profile:

  • Currently enrolled in a business-related degree (Business, Management, Entrepreneurship, etc.), ideally 5th semester or higher, or in a Master’s program.
  • 3–4 relevant internships in startups, scale-ups, consulting, business development, or sales.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality.
  • Proven experience or affinity for direct sales, business development, or consulting.
  • Must be based in Berlin or Munich (no remote or other locations).
  • Strong communication skills, willingness to take ownership, and high motivation.
  • Affinity for technology and artificial intelligence (AI) is a plus.
