We are hiring an International Tax Advisor who will oversee accurate and timely tax compliance across the Group’s entities and ensure adherence to international and local tax regulations. This includes managing corporate tax, indirect taxes, transfer pricing documentation, and supporting stakeholders with expert tax guidance. The role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to navigate complex multi-jurisdictional tax matters, and a proactive approach to advising the business in a dynamic, international environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee timely and accurate tax compliance across group entities (corporate tax, VAT, WHT, local taxes).
  • Validate VAT input and ensure correct indirect tax treatment of transactions.
  • Manage transfer pricing documentation, benchmarks, and intercompany agreements.
  • Provide tax support to foreign subsidiaries, designated countries, and internal departments.
  • Review contracts and advise stakeholders on correct tax treatment.
  • Monitor international and local tax law changes and assess impact on the group.
  • Coordinate and support tax audits, fiscal registrations, and new business setups.
  • Manage relationships with external tax consultants and auditors.
  • Support cross-functional projects and ad-hoc tax analyses, reports, and correspondence with tax authorities.

Requirements

  • University degree in finance /accounting/economics.
  • 5+ years relevant experience (preference for Big 4 firms, international organizations or a combination of both).
  • Knowledge of international tax legislation, especially in the area of ​​indirect taxes and transfer pricing.
  • Proven experience in tax compliance, tax audits, and interaction with fiscal authorities.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and a structured approach to managing deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate tax concepts into clear business recommendations.
  • Strong solution – oriented time management skills.
  • Focused on effective prioritization with a high degree of flexibility to changing priorities.
  • Great MS Office skills.
  • Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Proactive spirit, ability to work autonomously, but also collaboratively in multi-disciplinary teams.

Required qualification

  • Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics.
  • 5+ years of experience in tax or accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of international taxes (direct and indirect taxes).
  • Advanced Excel.
  • Advanced English (spoken and written).
