Job Description

General support functions for International Moving Services Operations. Responsible for shipment tracing, data entry, documentation handling (preparing, collecting, distributing & saving to SISTRS), & downstream cost containment for HHG's international shipments. Will have contact with Coordinators, Agents, Vendors and Port Brokers.
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
1. 40(%) Shipment Tracing: Through shipment prompts, confirming events occurred and then updating ProMove and the IMC accordingly.
2. 30(%) Documentation Handling: Responsible for arranging all shipping documents & processing with Coordinators, Agents, Vendors and Port Brokers and uploading to SISTRS database.
3. 20(%) Keep Coordinators, Agents, Vendors and Port Brokers informed of status changes in a timely manner.
4. 10(%) Other duties as assigned, including communications, desk coverage, and registering files as needed.
