The International Student Recruitment Officer – Europe (Russian-speaking) is a revenue-owning role responsible for delivering annual enrolment and revenue targets across Europe and key international markets globally.
This individual will build, manage, and convert a high-quality pipeline, with full accountability from market development through to enrolment delivery. It is a front-line recruitment role requiring pace, ownership, and strong execution.
Based in Europe, the role works closely with the Global Head of International Recruitment and wider teams to expand the organisation’s global footprint. While the geographic scope is broad, Russian language capability is strongly preferred to support growth in Eastern Europe and Central Asia, in line with current priorities and future expansion.
Growing visa restrictions in some non-European markets make expanding recruitment within Europe a strategic priority. At the same time, Central Asian markets (including Azerbaijan, Uzbekistan, and Georgia) are demonstrating increasing demand, alongside more established markets such as Kazakhstan. Russian language skills will play a key role in unlocking these opportunities.
Success in this position requires a strong understanding of boarding and day school admissions processes, as well as academic programmes such as IB and A Levels.
There is flexibility around where this role can be based from. It must be based inside Europe and also within a country that Inspired Education already operates - Belgium, Greece, Italy, Latvia, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, UK.
