Our International Structuring Program has been designed for high-potential professionals who want to accelerate their careers in a strategic and international environment.

As a structurer you are accountable for the transformation of client needs into transactable solutions. During your program, you will directly play a key role in various areas:

  • Shape business opportunities to find the sweet spot between client needs, our risk appetite and our expected return.
  • Identify and price some key risks; market, credit, regulation, operations,…
  • Identify and assess all value pockets of business opportunities.
  • Design and negotiate deals and contracts, in collaboration with legal and support teams.
  • Work together with very diverse profiles (sales, traders, quants, risk managers, legal, etc.).

Your Mission

As part of the Structuring team, you will work on complex energy deals and commercial opportunities. You will help develop tailored solutions for clients by combining market understanding, commercial thinking and risk analysis.

Throughout the program, you will gain hands-on exposure to renewable PPAs, flexibility and battery solutions, energy trading and hedging, structured energy products, and decarbonization strategies for large-scale clients.

You will collaborate closely with traders, sales teams, quants, risk managers and senior stakeholders, operating in an international and fast-paced environment at the core of the energy transition.

What profile we are looking for

You may currently be working in:

• Top-tier strategy consulting
• Energy utilities or commodities trading
• Structured finance or infrastructure investing
• Risk management or market analytics
• Commercial strategy or pricing
• Data-driven business or quantitative environments

Preferred background:

• Around 3+ years of relevant professional experience
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Finance or a related field
• Fluent English required, Spanish very valuable
• French, Dutch or German are considered a plus

  • International exposure through a first mission of 18 months in Madrid, followed by another 18 months in Brussels, before taking a permanent position i
  • Permanent Spanish contract from day one.
  • Start date: September 2026.
