In this Role, you’ll get to
- Be responsible for sub-site operations for the Hong Kong and Taiwan markets, building and continuously refining localized strategy frameworks to drive traffic acquisition and conversion growth.
- Develop deep insights into the competitive landscape and segmented user needs in the Hong Kong and Taiwan markets, and formulate differentiated market-product fit growth strategies.
- Lead the execution of strategies by coordinating key operational actions such as supply coverage, holiday promotions, shelf ranking, and information display.
- Establish a regular review mechanism, generate data-driven strategy optimization plans, and build an efficient collaboration loop with Product, Algorithm, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams.
What you'll Need to Succeed
- At least 2 years of experience in OTA, travel, or e-commerce industries, with familiarity with user consumption habits and preferences in the Hong Kong and Taiwan markets.
- Possess hands-on experience in sub-site operations or regional growth methodologies, and be able to independently formulate market-fit and conversion strategies.
- Fluent in Cantonese and English, with strong comprehension and communication skills in Cantonese and Traditional Chinese contexts.
- Proven experience in driving cross-functional collaboration and execution, with the ability to coordinate Supply, Product, Marketing, and other teams; willing to support frequent travel and cross-border collaboration.
