Your tasks as International Strategic Accounts Executive (m/f/d)

As International Strategic Accounts Executive, you manage and develop international customer relationships across Europe and play an important role in driving our cross-border growth. Depending on your background and experience, your focus will be on customers within Retail, Hospitality, Facility Management, Transport or Industry.

You combine strategic account management with hands-on execution and work closely with local sales organizations to turn international agreements and opportunities into sustainable business. With approximately 70% of your focus on developing existing customer relationships and 30% on new business development, you identify opportunities across countries, connect local and international stakeholders, and help us further strengthen our international account organization.

Your role with us as International Strategic Accounts Executive (m/f/d)

• Managing and developing international key accounts within your dedicated sector, building strong and long-term relationships with strategic as well as operational customer stakeholders
• Identifying cross-border growth opportunities within existing customer relationships and expanding successful partnerships into additional countries and service areas
• Developing and executing strategic account plans while ensuring that international agreements are translated into effective local implementation together with our country organizations
• Working closely with local Account Managers, Sales teams and leadership across our markets and acting as the link between international customer strategy and local execution
• Driving new business development by identifying and approaching high-potential international customers and leveraging your existing market and customer network
• Leading commercial discussions and negotiations with senior decision-makers and contributing to the further development of our international key account structure and processes

• Several years of experience in Key Account Management, Strategic Account Management, Sales or Business Development within B2B environments
• Relevant customer and market experience in at least one of the following sectors: Retail, Hospitality, Facility Management, Transport or Industry
• Proven ability to develop complex customer relationships and identify growth opportunities across different markets, countries or business units
• Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mentality, entrepreneurial drive and the ability to independently structure and develop your area of responsibility
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills, including confidence in working with senior decision-makers as well as operational teams
• Fluent business English; additional European language skills are an advantage, combined with willingness to travel internationally approximately 20–25% of the time
