A leading multinational organisation in the healthcare and diagnostics industry is looking for an International Service Coordinator to support international customer programmes and ensure smooth service delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of international customer programmes and service activities.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers, suppliers, external partners, and internal teams.
• Manage customer enquiries, service requests, and operational follow-ups.
• Maintain programme documentation, certifications, and customer records accurately.
• Coordinate activities across multiple teams and locations, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
• Monitor service progress, identify operational issues, and escalate concerns when necessary.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Provide administrative and operational support to ensure effective service delivery.

Requirements

• UAE Nationals with a valid Family Book only.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous experience in customer service, service coordination, administration, or operational support is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Proactive, customer-focused, and capable of working independently in an international environment.
