
Overall governance
• Ensure understanding of short-term, medium-term, and long-term targets, sales strategies and plan, to provide guidelines to junior members.
• Support periodic revision of policies, standards, guidelines, work processes and procedures that are relevant to sales-related work, to ensure efficient operation and alignment with company’s policies & compliance with relevant governance.
Function-Related Accountabilities
• Understand, keep updated and conduct further analysis on market conditions and customer insights to identify business opportunities, in order to be used as input for sales and growth strategies and plan.
• Assist senior members in establishing short-term, medium-term, and long-term targets as well as develop sales strategies and plan, to ensure alignment with overall company’s strategies and to ensure satisfactory revenue generation for sustainable business growth.
• Perform liaison and communication, follow-up, and engage with customers assigned, including answering questions relating to the products, providing necessary information, and documents, and supporting customers throughout the sales process in order to attain sales targets.
• Develop new solutions or proposals based on customers’ requirements, which includes ensuring optimization in terms of functionality, cost and quality, to deliver business solutions that match customers’ needs.
• Establish relationship management strategy with customers as well as maintain positive relationships with customers, to drive sales and maintain good relationship in long run.
• Supervise junior members in maintaining and updating customer information in order to keep customer database accurate, completed and up-to-date.
• Review and perform activities in preparing important documents such as land purchase and sale agreements, utilities service agreement drafts, and other related agreements to support sales conclusion. (Industrial Development hub only)
• Support and provide suggestions to customers on applications for licenses and permits to ensure all required documents are handled. (Industrial Development hub only)
