The Role

As our International Sales Support Coordinator, you’ll be a critical support partner to our international sales team. You’ll work closely with distributors, partners, and internal teams to ensure orders, launches, campaigns and projects are executed seamlessly.

This is a hands-on role where communication, coordination and attention to detail are key. No two days will be the same and that’s exactly how you like it.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Sales Administration & Communication
  • Communicating with international distributors, partners and customers to manage enquiries, orders and account needs
  • Providing prompt after-sales support and ongoing updates on order status and issue resolution
  • Acting as a key liaison between international sales and internal teams including customer service, marketing, inventory and operations
  • Assisting with order accuracy and smooth processing in collaboration with customer service

Reporting & Data Management

  • Maintaining customer databases, sales leads and tracking systems
  • Preparing and updating sales reports and customer analysis
  • Reviewing customer trading terms and pricing accuracy within internal systems

International Market Coordination

  • Supporting international sales projects, including product launches and trade shows
  • Assisting with export documentation and compliance requirements where applicable
  • Preparing sales presentations, sell sheets and product information materials
  • Coordinating promotional campaigns and international product activations

Relationship Building

  • Supporting the international sales team in building and maintaining strong distributor relationships
  • Facilitating ongoing engagement to strengthen brand presence across global markets

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience in sales support, coordination or administration (beauty, FMCG or consumer goods experience highly regarded)
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confidence using CRM systems and sales platforms
  • Solid computer literacy, including Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Suite
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work across cultures and markets
  • A positive, proactive mindset with a strong customer service focus
  • Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a close-knit team
