About the Role:
This is a rare opportunity and a critical role in our expanding international business. As an International Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and broaden our global footprint by developing strategic partnerships and executing targeted sales initiatives in international markets. Our international markets currently are across Europe, UK and US. This role offers substantial opportunities for career advancement and strategic impact. It requires a balance of relationship management, commercial acumen, and data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in international sales or global business development, strong analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, cross-cultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Creating and implementing a comprehensive international sales strategy to meet revenue targets.
• Adapting sales plans based on evolving market dynamics and regional insights.
• Identifying and entering new international markets.
• Engaging potential retailers, distributors, and channel partners across key global regions.
• Building and maintaining strong, strategic partnerships with international stakeholders.
• Fostering long-term relationships to secure and enhance market presence.
• Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
• Analyzing performance metrics to optimize sales strategies.
• Working closely with brand, new product development, and operations teams to tailor approaches for diverse markets.
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure a unified approach in international markets.
• Representing the brand at international trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
• Providing regular updates and reports to senior management on international sales performance and market developments.
About You:
