Our team is Sales Effectiveness within the Worldwide Sales Operations organization. Our mission is to improve the selling experience for global Motorola Solutions’ sellers and sales leaders. Our Salesforce.com platform is the heart of our mission.
We maximize the benefits of Motorola’s investment in digital sales platforms like Salesforce, advocating for strategic next generation projects that will transform and align sales planning across multiple regions.
We are seeking an International Sales Effectiveness Lead to lead programs that equip international sales teams with necessary tools, data, and resources to help boost sales growth across Motorola’s portfolio streamline CRM administration work. This role will partner with sales, sales operations, and enablement teams to develop data-driven solutions that transform the sales process and provide new insights for sales teams operating outside North America.
Serving as an advocate, this role will tailor global programs to regional needs or help identify regional process changes, requiring detailed knowledge of international sales goals and operations. The role will translate business needs, user feedback, and strategic objectives into specific requirements, primarily for the Salesforce platform. In addition, this role will require gathering grassroots ideas cross-regionally, and using them to identify global pain points or opportunities that can be addressed through new projects.
Responsibilities include identifying improvements, defining solutions, building roadmaps, identifying key data sets, and assisting with implementation. Success will be measured by solution adoption and business impact.
