We are looking for a results-driven Sales Associate to drive enrollments for premium TestPrep programs catering to the US market. This role focuses on consultative selling, where you will engage directly with students and parents to understand their academic goals and recommend tailored solutions. Operating in a high-performance environment, you will own the complete sales cycle—from initial lead engagement to final conversion—while ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
This is a revenue-focused role requiring strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to build trust with international clients. You will work closely with marketing and operations teams to optimize conversion strategies and improve overall sales effectiveness. The role is based in Bangalore (work from office) and follows US time zone shifts.
