We are looking for International Remote Recruiter BPO - Freelancer Remote to join our recruitment teams and oversee our full-cycle recruiting.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with CBT hiring managers to identify ongoing needs;
• Job post our vacancies in diverse international platforms;
• Headhunting potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks);
• Screen the candidates that fit the required profile;
• Plan and execute preliminary interviews;
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates;
• Follow up candidates until they are hired for the client.

Requirements

• Expertise in sourcing qualified candidates through a variety of methods;
• Familiarity with social media, job boards, resume databases, and professional networks;
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods;
• Experience recruiting BPO profiles;
• Experience working as a freelance recruiter;
• Experience using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter;
• Experience recruiting for the European market, mostly for the French market;
• Fluent in English;
