This is an entry level position to support the International Programs Office specifically in the administration of the Erasmus+KA 171
Your Tasks
(Further) development, implementation, and evaluation of processes for informing, selecting, and supporting students who are studying abroad at partner universities (outgoings)
AdvisingConstructorstudents before, during, and after their stay abroad (outgoings)
Implementation of scholarship programs (ERASMUS+KA 171)for incoming and outgoing students, processing payments and student contracts
Responsible for the entire life cycle of the Erasmus KA 171 grant from implementation to reporting
Supporting our existing staff and faculty mobility coordinators for the KA 171 Project
(Further) development, implementation, and evaluation of processes for informing, admitting, and supporting students who are studying abroad atConstructorUniversity (incomings)
Supporting the implementation of the O-Week program (incomings)
Supporting the International Programs Office study abroad programming as needed
Your profile:
Successfully completed university degree
Excellent written and spoken English, good German language skills; additional language skills are an advantage
Very good MS Office skills
Experience in student support
Experience in the area of international office/Erasmus coordination desirable
Experience in the area of project management desirable
Experience abroad desirable
