Join our Business Management team as a Market Business Manager (VP) to drive transformative growth across South East Asia—partnering with Market Heads to align priorities, streamline collaboration, proactively mitigate risk, and turn AI/LLM-driven data insights into decisive action in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

As a Market Business Manager - Vice President within the Business Management team, you will play a pivotal role in the growth of our business. You will have the opportunity to participate in new initiatives and projects, collaborate with the South East Asia Market Heads to spearhead strategic initiatives, and lead dynamic projects. You will also enhance collaboration, mitigate risks, and leverage data insights. This role provides an exciting opportunity to make a real impact and promote innovation in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the SEA (South East Asia) Market Manager to spearhead strategic initiatives that shape the future of our business across Asia.
  • Lead dynamic project by taking charge of aligning business priorities and driving transformative initiatives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
  • Enhance collaboration by acting as a key facilitator, streamlining communication and collaboration between teams and support functions to achieve outstanding results.
  • Mitigate risks by proactively identifying and addressing business risks, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.
  • Leverage Data Insights by utilizing digital tools to analyze and interpret data, providing valuable insights for decision-making.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent degree
  • Minimum 10 years of work experience within the financial services industry, ideally with exposure to business management in private banking servicing SEA (South East Asia) client segments.
  • Superior judgment and discretion working with both confidential and sensitive information.
  • Strong business acumen, detail-oriented, possessing strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize information to form a coherent understanding or conclusion.
  • Attention to detail, timeliness, and high productivity while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, keen to learn, and take on new responsibilities.
  • Strong presentation skills to seniors and global business heads.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Skilled in use of AI/LLM, Excel, Alteryx and PowerPoint

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Articulate in written and verbal communication in Mandarin preferred as , enabling stronger relationships, with mandarin speaking clients and stakeholders seamless cross-border coordination, and precise communication on complex, high-stakes matters
