Responsibilities

1. Global Media Relations: Establish and maintain long-term partnerships with top-tier technology and business media, and build a comprehensive media network covering research-focused and creative industry outlets. 2. Major Announcement PR: Lead PR strategy and end-to-end execution for key corporate milestones, including product launches, financing updates, research breakthroughs and executive changes. Manage pitch strategies, embargo schedules, exclusive interviews, release rhythms and content quality control. 3. Spokesperson System Building: Develop structured narratives and deliver communication training for company spokespersons including CEO, CTO, CMO and chief scientists. Support external exposure such as profile stories, keynote speeches, industry panels and podcast interviews. 4. Industry PR & Awards Strategy: Plan and execute company participation in annual tech awards, industry rankings, conference honors and professional evaluations, accumulating sustainable industry brand assets and authoritative recognition. 5. Crisis Public Relations: Establish PR contingency plans and response mechanisms for AI-specific sensitive topics, including model ethics, data security and copyright disputes. Serve as the first-line PR responder during public opinion crises. 6. Data Tracking & Review: Build a media voice monitoring system to track share of voice, graded media coverage quality and competitor PR dynamics. Deliver in-depth PR performance review reports for every major corporate launch. 7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with research, product, growth, brand and BD teams to proactively convert key business and research milestones into valuable PR assets and standardized brand narratives. 1、海外媒体关系：建立并维护与头部科技与商业媒体的长期关系；建立覆盖研究类媒体与创意类媒体的关系网。 2、重大发布 PR：主导产品发布、融资、研究里程碑、高管更替等重大事件的 PR 策略与执行，包含 pitch 策略、embargo 管理、专访安排、发稿节奏与稿件质量把控。 3、发言人体系：搭建 CEO、CTO、CMO、首席科学家等对外发言人的叙事体系与表达训练，支持 profile story、keynote、panel、podcast 访谈等各类对外露出。 4、行业 PR 与奖项：规划并执行公司在年度科技奖项、榜单、顶会颁奖、行业评选中的参与策略，沉淀可持续的行业品牌资产。 5、危机公关：建立危机公关预案与响应机制，覆盖模型伦理、数据安全、版权争议等 AI 公司典型敏感议题；发生危机时作为 PR 侧第一响应人。 6、数据追踪与复盘：搭建媒体声量监测体系，追踪 Share of Voice、报道质量分级、竞品 PR 动向；为每一次重大发布产出 PR 效果复盘报告。 7、跨团队协同：与研究、产品、增长、品牌、BD 团队深度协同，把关键里程碑前置转化为 PR 资产与叙事。

Qualifications

1. 8+ years of global PR and corporate communication experience with a proven track record of leading full-cycle major corporate announcements, including financing, product launches, IPO readiness and research breakthroughs. Industry background in AI, SaaS, consumer tech or gaming is highly preferred. 2. Possess a mature, actionable network of journalists and editors from top-tier global technology, business and research media, capable of independently pitching and placing stories with targeted key outlets. 3. Native-level English proficiency for professional work. Able to independently produce full-spectrum PR materials including press releases, pitch emails and high-profile interview briefs for executive external engagements. 4. Hands-on experience in crisis PR and sensitive issue management. Able to deliver accurate judgment and rapid response decisions under complex public opinion scenarios. 5. Familiar with AI tool applications in media monitoring, pitch generation, trend tracking and press content analysis to improve PR workflow efficiency and output quality. 6. Flexible cross-timezone working capability, able to collaborate directly with North American and European media during local working hours. 1、8年以上海外PR或品牌传播工作经验，具备主导科技公司融资、产品发布、IPO筹备、技术研究突破等重大事件的全流程落地案例，拥有AI、SaaS、消费科技、游戏行业背景者优先。 2、拥有海外头部科技、商业、研究类媒体记者、编辑的成熟人脉资源，可独立完成媒体 pitch、内容推送与稿件落地，精准对接核心媒体渠道。 3、英语达到母语级工作水平，可独立撰写新闻通稿、开发信、高管专访预案等各类专业PR对外材料。 4、具备丰富的危机公关及敏感舆情处置实操经验，能够在复杂场景下快速研判、精准决策、落地高效应对方案。 5、熟练运用AI工具开展媒体监测、公关素材生成、行业趋势追踪、稿件数据分析等工作，赋能PR全流程提效。 6、适配跨时区工作模式，可配合北美、欧洲媒体当地工作时间开展实时对接与协同工作。
