Job Description

TL;DR: We're hiring a bilingual (Spanish/English) Partnerships Growth Associate to support Hallow's international partnerships engine end-to-end — from prospecting and outreach to contracts, onboarding, content recordings, and ongoing relationship management. This is a part-time contract role (~20 hours per week) supporting our work with media partners, influencers, creators, and public figures across our broader international community. The scope of the role will cover our Spanish partner operations as well as operations in our 6 other international languages.  A rare chance to help shape how Hallow grows across the Spanish-speaking world and beyond.

What You'll Do
  • Support the partnerships pipeline end-to-end: You'll support every stage of our international partnerships process — prospecting and researching new partners, drafting outreach, pitching Hallow, helping negotiate and finalize contracts, onboarding new partners, and managing renewals and asset delivery. You'll work closely with Content, Marketing, and Product as partnerships intersect with each function, and be a steady hand across the full lifecycle.
  • Build and manage partner relationships with media partners, influencers, creators, and public figures: You'll reach out to and build relationships with a wide range of contributors — including media outlets, influencers, creators, public figures, and anyone else who contributes content or helps grow Hallow in international markets. You'll work with partners on activations and prayer challenge campaigns, helping coordinate timing, messaging, and deliverables to make sure partnerships translate into real growth.You should be comfortable initiating new relationships, interacting with the press, and enjoy working with a diverse group of collaborators.
  • Attend and support partner recordings in person: You'll travel roughly 1-2 times a month to be physically present at content recordings with partners in Spain and other parts of the world. You'll help with logistics, on-the-ground coordination, and making sure each recording goes smoothly for the partner and the Hallow team.
  • Manage contracts and partnership operations: You'll help draft, review, and track partnership contracts, send payments to partners, and keep our partnership operations organized. Strong attention to detail is essential.
  • Drive toward key goals: You'll be accountable to the Director of International Partnerships for hitting key performance indicators (KPIs) across partner acquisition, activation, and retention, and will help set goals for the international partnerships function.

What we’re looking for: 
  • Passion: First & foremost, we're looking for someone excited about our mission. It makes it a lot more fun :)
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English): You have native-level proficiency in Spanish and are a fluent English speaker. You’ll frequently handle contracts in these languages and meet with important partners so strong fluency is critical. Additional fluency in French, Italian, German, or Portuguese is a MAJOR plus.
  • Location: You’re based in Spain. You're available to travel roughly 1-2 times a month for partner recordings in Spain and other parts of the world. 
  • Experience: At least 2 years of professional experience. Background in partnerships, business development, social media, influencer marketing, or law are a plus. Experience with contracts (drafting, reviewing, or negotiating) is also a plus.
  • Communication: You're an expert communicator and conversationalist. Being able to use both Spanish and English to communicate, negotiate, and build relationships is a must. Experience with influencer marketing, partnerships, or working in or alongside Catholic institutions in the region is a huge bonus.
  • Grit & Detail-Orientation: We build as fast as we can at Hallow, while holding an incredibly high bar for excellence. Grit and a strong orientation to detail are critical for the role.
