What will you be doing?
In this role, you will act as a key driver of Commercial Excellence across the region, working closely with Sales, Marketing and Digital teams to bring strategy to life. You will lead the design and implementation of best in class processes that improve performance, standardise ways of working and create measurable business impact.
From shaping how we segment and target customers, to optimising territories and enhancing incentive plans, you will build the foundations that allow our teams to succeed. You will play a central role in connecting commercial strategy with data and digital capabilities, ensuring tools, analytics and insights support smarter decision making.
You will collaborate with stakeholders across markets and functions, translating complex needs into scalable solutions, while ensuring strong adoption and execution of Commercial Excellence initiatives. This is a highly collaborative role where strong communication and influencing skills will be key to success.
What will you need to be successful?
To thrive in this role, you will bring a strong mix of commercial insight, analytical thinking and the ability to influence across a matrix organisation. You will be proactive, structured and comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
Proven experience in Commercial Excellence, strategy, sales or marketing, ideally within MedTech or healthcare
A data driven mindset with strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem solving
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar), including leveraging data for insights and decision‑making
Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally up to 40%
An MBA is an advantage.
The anticipated base compensation range for this position is €64,500 - €96,750 annually.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on objective, job-related factors including (but
not limited to) relevant skills, qualifications, and experience, scope and responsibilities of the role, geographic
location, and internal equity considerations. Compensation decisions are made using consistent and gender-neutral criteria, in line with applicable pay transparency laws. This role has been evaluated within our internal job
architecture and mapped to a defined pay band to ensure consistency and fairness.
