Your mission

The role
As International Operational Excellence Lead, you play a key role in ensuring the reliability and accuracy of sales forecasts delivered by local teams within the IBU. At the heart of the role is a strong connection between business and operations, with a clear objective: optimise forecasting processes and support business performance.

Your role within a pioneering company in full expansion

  • Lead and coordinate the demand planning process across international markets, ensuring accurate and reliable sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate closely with local teams to understand market dynamics and integrate insights into the forecasting process.
  • Align demand planning strategies with business objectives, operational capabilities, and financial targets.
  • Develop and implement best practices and tools to improve forecasting efficiency and accuracy.
  • Improve forecast accuracy to reduce operational costs related to under‑production.
  • Monitor and analyse forecast performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
  • Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration between business, operations, and finance teams to ensure cohesive planning and execution.
  • Provide training and support to local teams to strengthen forecasting capabilities and understanding of demand planning processes.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on forecast accuracy, demand trends, and planning effectiveness to senior management.
