Do you want to shape how best-in-class tools and processes are rolled out across multiple markets?

Join our Off Premise Trade Marketing team in Salzburg, Austria, and play a key role in bringing consistency and clarity to global trade execution.

In a nutshell

In this role, you’ll contribute to Red Bull’s ambition to be the #1 energy drink company by driving best-in-class POS planning and execution through the development and global rollout of Off Premise tools, processes, and guidelines.

You’ll work cross-functionally to translate strategies into clear, actionable frameworks, ensuring effective communication, impactful training, and consistent implementation across markets. You’ll also build and maintain a structured communication and rollout ecosystem that drives alignment, transparency, and continuous improvement of end-to-end POS execution.

GLOBAL ENABLEMENT & COMMUNICATION

You’ll support the development and continuous evolution of the Off Premise communication framework across end-to-end tools, processes, and guidelines. You’ll ensure structured and effective communication to markets on new initiatives, while contributing to impactful trainings that drive adoption. At the same time, you’ll maintain clear documentation and consolidate feedback from markets and stakeholders to enable consistent implementation and continuous improvement.

E2E VISIT PROGRAM SUPPORT

You’ll support the operational rollout of tools and processes within the E2E VISIT program, ensuring initiatives are translated into clear and actionable implementation plans. You’ll help prepare and execute global rollouts, enabling markets to adopt new tools and ways of working successfully, while monitoring adoption post go-live and identifying gaps to improve execution.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL ALIGNMENT

You’ll work closely with key HQ functions and markets to ensure aligned and effective implementation of Off Premise initiatives. By fostering collaboration across teams and regions, you’ll help drive scalable solutions, ensure transparency of progress, and integrate POS initiatives seamlessly into broader trade marketing strategies.

CONTINUOUS IMPACT & OPTIMIZATION

You’ll ensure that tools, processes, and guidelines remain effective and relevant as markets adopt them. By consolidating feedback, identifying improvement opportunities, and supporting the ongoing evolution of initiatives, you’ll contribute to sustained adoption and increasing operational efficiency across markets.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, Marketing, Operations, Project Management, or similar roles within FMCG or retail, with exposure to implementing tools, processes, or operational initiatives across multiple stakeholders or markets.
  • Proven ability to support and coordinate rollouts of processes and guidelines, deliver trainings, and communicate effectively across different seniority levels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into clear, practical guidelines and processes. Fluent in English.
  • Good understanding of Sales and Operations processes, commercial tools and systems, and basic knowledge of data structures, reporting, and how systems support business processes.
  • Team player mentality, strong project coordination and organizational skills, with a structured, proactive working style and high attention to detail.

Additional Information

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is €2.362 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
