Grifols S.A. is seeking a Trainee to join the International Mobility team in the coordination and administration of international assignments and relocations, gaining hands-on experience in a global HR environment.

What your responsibilities will be

  • Support the coordination and follow-up of international mobility cases.
  • Assist with mobility documentation, employee communications and case tracking.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external providers involved in relocation, immigration, labor, payroll, tax and social security matters.
  • Support assignees and relocating employees throughout different stages of their mobility journey, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
  • Maintain mobility data, trackers and employee information up to date.
  • Support reporting, payroll coordination, cost tracking and invoice follow-up.
  • Assist with the maintenance of mobility processes, templates and guidelines.
  • Support the team in International Mobility projects and ad hoc activities.

  • You hold a Master's Degree in Business Administration, Law, Labor Relations or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law + BBA, Human Resources, or related field, preferably.
  • Professional/advanced level of English.
  • You consider yourself a proactive person, eager to learn, with strong communication skills.
  • Advanced in office tools (Excel, Ptt).
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong interest in International / Global Mobility and HR.
