Missions

To increase and strengthen our international presence, Worldia is looking for an International Marketing Lead to drive visibility, credibility, and long-term growth across the DACH, US, and Canadian markets.

With the support of an operational marketing team member, you will own brand narrative, trade media presence, and agent engagement, positioning Worldia as a leading voice in the travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Trade Media & PR: Build Worldia’s authority in travel media through consistent visibility, strong journalist relationships, and impactful storytelling.

  • Thought Leadership & Content: Develop a clear content strategy to position Worldia as a go-to industry reference.

  • Sales Enablement: Provide Sales with high-quality, market-relevant materials and ensure a strong, consistent brand narrative.

  • Agent Activation: Develop tools and content that enable travel agents to confidently understand and sell the platform.

  • Market Insights: Monitor trends and competitor activity to inform marketing and sales strategies.

What we are looking for:

The skill set needed to succeed:

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, PR, or communications (experience in the tech or travel industry is a strong plus!)

  • Strong knowledge of DACH and US/Canada markets

  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and ability to deploy practical solutions independently

  • Expert in building narratives and positioning a brand

  • Extensive experience collaborating with Sales and business teams

  • Fluent in English and German
