Job Responsibilities:
Ensure ME are working efficiently and accurately
Prepare and follow-up on-day guests arrival and arrival of TTO player
Assure all room/limousine reservation is correct and ready before guest arrives
Follow up any undone task by end shift
Handle premium program settlement and supervise by AD or above
Conduct and assist guest auto settlement
Job Requirements:
Minimum of two years experience in casino marketing
Bachelor Degree preferred
Excellent command of Cantonese and English, Mandarin is an advantage
Must be able to work on 24 hours, weekends and public holidays
