The International Market & Consumer Insights team partners with Master Franchisee (MFZ) organizations and Domino’s Pizza International (DPI) teams to turn data and consumer insights into a competitive advantage across 90+ international markets.

We are seeking an experienced analytics & insights professional with strong business acumen, influencing, strategic analysis, and data analytics skills to join as a Manager of International Market & Consumer Insights on this team. This individual will independently lead in consulting topics including strategic consumer research, market opportunities and analytics & insights for both internal and external stakeholders. They will also build scalable insights tools and best practices, and strengthen insights capabilities across the system. This role works closely with DPI business leaders, DPZ/DPI Centers of Excellence (e.g., Pricing & Revenue Management, Aggregator Acceleration, Digital Marketing), and analytics & insights and marketing teams within MFZ organizations to shape strategy and drive cross-market impact through consulting and priority projects.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Market & Consumer Insights

  • Drive the adoption of insights, research and data analytics across Domino’s International to improve sales and share growth
  • Build MFZ capability in disciplined, insights-based decision-making, leveraging industry leading market insights (e.g., market share, potential and opportunity analysis), and consumer research (e.g. segmentation, Brand health tracking, concept testing, TURF)
  • Improve customer feedback monitoring (e.g., Voice of the Customer) and drive global adoption of VoC best practices
  • Lead ongoing tracking of market share across international markets and refresh market potential by country/region.
  • Partner with DPI and MFZ senior leaders and cross-functional teams to identify and deliver growth strategies across channels (Delivery, Carryout, Aggregators, Dine-In)
  • Enhance market research analytics dashboards and apply AI where appropriate to improve data access and decision-making
  • Develop platforms and partnerships to scale consumer research and usability of insights in DPI and in markets (including exploration of automation/AI solutions and different business models or partnerships)
  • Partner with U.S. and leading MFZ teams to define and improve data structures that enable scalable market analytics
  • Partner with international business consulting, marketing, technology, supply chain, and operations, and development teams to measure performance, identify opportunities, and set priorities

Knowledge Development and Deployment:

  • Develop and evolve consumer research and market insights guidelines, frameworks, and methodologies to support customer-centric strategy and decision-making across international markets.
  • Consolidate learnings and best practices from U.S. and international markets into scalable playbooks and guidance.
  • Maintain standards, tools, and resources that enable consistent execution across channels.
  • Facilitate structured knowledge-sharing forums to accelerate adoption across DPI and international markets.
  • Lead best-practice sharing across markets, including setting the agenda for the Global topical councils
  • Advise MFZ organizations on building and scaling internal analytics & insights teams

Project Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Independently drive projects with proactive, problem solving mindset
  • Align closely with marketing teams in DPI and MFZ organizations to translate insights into decisions and strategy recommendations.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with MFZ Analytics & Insights, Data and Research leaders, and potentially with regional insights and analytics agencies
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with external research/consulting firms and data providers

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Market Research, Statistics, Analytics, Data Science, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Marketing or other related field
  • 6+ years of experience in a consulting firm focused on analytics & insights, consumer-research agency, consumer-facing data analytics role or an insights/strategy function within a high growth food service or packaged goods business
  • Proven track record of effectively managing change through market and consumer insights in a highly collaborative and fast-paced setting
  • Strong strategic mindset and business acumen, ability to translate insights to clear actionable impact
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills across levels and functions
  • Results-driven, identifying and prioritizing activities that drive impact
  • Demonstrated ownership to drive content and action through proactive problem-solving, pragmatism, and the ability to handle ambiguity with a continuous learning mindset
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, complex cross-functional team environment
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and franchise partners.
  • Proficiency in SQL, advanced analytics, business intelligence and/or data science is a plus
  • Experience working across multiple Geographies and Regions
