
About the Role
As an International Logistics Manager NA, you will lead the day ‑to ‑day import and export operations across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico while supervising a team of Logistics and Customer Service Agents. You will oversee operational planning, shipment execution, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure optimal service, efficiency, and cost performance.
In this dynamic role, you will act both as an operational expert and a people leader—partnering with global and regional functions, external service providers, and internal stakeholders to support a high ‑performance logistics operation. You play a critical part in driving service excellence, compliance, and operational readiness across the entire North American region.
