Do you thrive on building relationships with top-tier trade partners and turning strategic concepts into real business impact? Villeroy & Boch is looking for a Key Account Manager International to drive our tabletop equipment business across international markets.

What you'll do:

• Drive direct international sales impact by influencing customers on tabletop equipment concepts — across their national properties
• Act as the mediator and facilitator for selecting and guiding Top Trade Partners in implementing these concepts nationally
• Own Strategic Key Account Management end-to-end: identification, potential assessment, acquisition, onboarding, concept presentation, contracting, and reporting (Salesforce)
• Lead, support, or step into key projects for your accounts — regardless of location, working with local teams where needed
• Co-create key projects with Marketing, Hospitality Concepts, and CMS
• Enable smooth replenishment via customer procurement systems or our B2B portal, INVENIDO
• Represent V&B as the trusted, competent entry point for your Key Accounts — internally and externally

What you will bring:

• University degree / MBO in Economics or equivalent sales experience
• 3+ years in sales or key account management, ideally with an international customer focus
• Fluent English & German — French or other languages a strong plus
• A confident, persuasive, and fact-driven personality with a genuine service mindset
• Comfort navigating IT tools for Accounting, Procurement, and Sales/Customer Management
