The role

As an International Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategic sales agenda for Leaseco’s and Mobility companies in Europe. In addition to having the top LeaseCo’s to manage, you will define the strategy and set standards for the International Leaseco’s across Europe. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with your clients and managing the full end-to-end customer journey.

You will also partner with local teams to help them refine their strategies, deeply understand their problems, and drive programs to improve the overall business sales process. The International Key Account Manager will leverage senior-level international relationships to generate vehicle sales, drive repeat business, define policies, and to chart a path for Zeekr to become the preferred OEM.

This is what you will do:

• Own the relationship for large international leasing companies, ensuring a great customer journey and ownership experience throughout.
• Leverage existing leasing company relationships and/or partner with all existing Leasing channels to grow sales within this segment.
• Establish and manage all contractual agreements with these customers; where applicable.
• Meet sales objectives by driving new account creation, deliverable orders, scheduling sales meetings, and making the best use of available assets (e.g. vehicles for test drives) as well as driving strong AR performance with clients to ensure timely payments for existing products and services.
• Actively partner with HQ and local team to develop a cohesive strategy for the growth of vehicle sales in Europe.
• Ensure teams are equipped with the tools and resources necessary to succeed.
• Manage the overall business plan by working with other departments.
• Drive our customers’ success by acting as a facilitator to meet their needs.
• Conduct competitor analysis on a regular basis.
• Actively collaborate with Zeekr teams (field fleet managers) to provide coaching and training on Business-to-Business sales.
• Use Zeekr’s Customer Relation Management system and tools to log appointments, calls, test drives, contacts and meeting notes.
• Ensure customers are fulfilling their contractual obligations (e.g. payment terms).

To be successful in the role you will demonstrate:

• A customer-oriented mindset with a strong understanding of sales processes and customer satisfaction principles.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to deal successfully with customers and colleagues.
• A large business network including the main leasing and mobility companies.
• Very results and solution oriented and able to investigate and weigh different solutions and outcomes.
• Collaborative with the ability to work well in a team with colleagues from different departments.
• Fluency in English is required. And a second European language is plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Possess a rare combination of mental agility, analytical thinking, hands-on problem solving, and a customer-service mindset.
