What You Will Contribute:
The IT Security Compliance Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization’s information security compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, internal policies, customer requirements, and industry frameworks. This role focuses on executing compliance activities, supporting audits, maintaining documentation, improving compliance process efficiencies, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and reduce security and compliance risks.
Job Duties:
Assist in the implementation, operation, and ongoing maintenance of required system and process controls in alignment with the ISO/IEC 27001 standards, NIST Cybersecurity Framework (CSF), PCI-DSS, and SOC 2.
Ensure adherence to compliance frameworks such as the Network and Information Security Directive (NIS2), UK Cyber Security and Resilience Bill, Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), Cyber Essentials, NIST SP 800-171, and the California Consumer Privacy Act.
Assist with preparing and supporting internal and external audits, including audit meetings, evidence collection and remediation tracking.
Maintain and update compliance documentation, including policies, procedures, and audit artifacts.
Support the security risk management program by identifying, documenting, and tracking risks related to systems, vendors, and business processes.
Assist with responses to security questionnaires and customer or regulatory inquiries in coordination with legal, sales, and business teams.
Monitor regulatory changes (e.g., NIS2 or similar requirements) and assist in evaluating their impact on the organization.
Contribute to continuous improvement of compliance processes, tools, and reporting.
Enhancing AI governance and compliance.
Up to 10% travel required.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, or related field preferred.
3–4 years of experience in information security, compliance, audit, or risk management.
Relevant internships or entry-level experience in compliance or IT security may be considered.
Qualifications:
Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS).
Experience supporting audits or compliance assessments preferred.
Familiarity with ISMS concepts and risk management practices preferred.
Exposure to AI governance and compliance.
Professional IT security certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CCPA, or similar are a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Additional Information:
Salary: We follow the Collective Agreement for the Metal Industry (valid from 1 Jan 2026). The minimum full‑time gross salary is €3654,05 with the possibility of additional overpayment based on experience and qualifications.
