DESIRABLE BACKGROUND
Final-year Bachelor's or Master's student in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering or similar.
Basic understanding of engineering principles, manufacturing processes, quality systems, and product development.
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, 8D, or other structured problem-solving methodologies is an advantage.
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Minitab, Python) is beneficial.
Self-motivated, analytical, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
Good communication skills in both written and spoken English.
Duration: minimum 6 months.
