Within the HR Data Office, the HR Data Analytics team is responsible for transforming HR data into reliable, harmonized, and actionable insights that support decision-making, HR performance, and organizational transformation.
In an environment where HR data is generated across multiple countries, functions, and systems, the team plays a key role in establishing a common and robust view of HR indicators. This includes avoiding duplication, ensuring consistent definitions, improving KPI consistency, and establishing a single source of truth at Group level.
The team acts as a key link between business requirements, HR processes, Group tools, data governance, and business applications.
Its mission extends beyond report production. The team contributes to building a structured HR data function capable of supporting both day-to-day operational requirements and strategic challenges related to management, workforce anticipation, and organizational transformation.
The role will work in an international environment and will support HR data requirements for countries and regions outside France.
Reporting to the International HR Report Specialist Manager and working closely with the HR Data & Process Governance team, the International HR Report Specialist will be responsible for delivering HR data requirements for international countries and regions through both recurring and ad hoc requests.
The role requires strong operational expertise in Workday and Cornerstone, as well as the ability to work with HR data and reporting requirements across different countries.
